RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, please review our policy on refunds and returns below.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days.
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original condition and packaging.
- Damaged merchandise returned may not qualify for a refund.
- Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
- All accessories and sale items are final sale and may not be returned.
- Free prepaid returns within 14 days (US customers only)

- Your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days upon receipt of original items.
HOW TO PROCESS A RETURN:
- Please contact Koukla Children’s Boutique by Email: [email protected] or by Phone: 516-490-4002 to have a free prepaid return label emailed to you.
- Place items in a box, print the prepaid label, place the label clearly on the outside of the box, and be sure the package is securely closed and taped.
- Once return is received and inspected, a refund will be made to your account and an email confirmation will be sent.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for processing
If the product was marked as a gift, when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a credit on the store account for the value of the return for future purchases.
If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give later, refund will go to the gift giver.
